Coincise ("Platform", "we", "our", "us") provides a cryptocurrency trading analytics and automation platform. We are a non-custodial platform that does NOT hold, custody, or control your cryptocurrency or fiat funds.

By using Coincise, you agree to:

• Only connect exchanges using READ-ONLY API keys with NO withdrawal permissions
• Never share your API keys, private keys, or seed phrases with anyone
• Monitor and manage your trading bots and automations actively
• Understand that AI recommendations may be inaccurate or outdated
• Accept full responsibility for all trading outcomes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. API Key Security

We take API key security seriously and employ industry-standard encryption:

• Encryption: Fernet encryption (AES-128 CBC + HMAC authentication)
• Zero-Knowledge: We never see your plaintext API keys
• Read-Only: We only request READ-ONLY permissions
• TLS 1.3: All data transmitted over encrypted connections

However, you acknowledge that no security system is impenetrable. You are responsible for monitoring your exchange accounts and revoking API access if you suspect unauthorized activity.

5. Bots & Automation

Trading bots and automations are tools that execute based on predefined rules and AI analysis:

• Bots may malfunction, fail to execute, or produce unexpected results
• You are responsible for configuring, testing, and monitoring all bots
• We recommend starting with small position sizes and paper trading
• Market conditions can change rapidly - bots may not adapt in time
• You can pause or stop bots at any time

Coincise operates on a subscription model:

• Free Tier: 3 AI queries per month, limited bot features
• Pro Tier: Unlimited AI queries with your own LLM API key
• Enterprise Tier: Custom features and dedicated support

Fees are subject to change with 30 days notice. We do NOT charge trading commissions or take a percentage of your profits.

We NEVER:

• Sell your personal data to third parties
• Share your trading strategies or positions publicly
• Use your data for our own trading

• Your use of the Platform
• Your trading activities

Coincise is not a registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial institution. We do not facilitate trades or hold customer funds. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Cryptocurrency regulations vary by country. Some jurisdictions prohibit or restrict cryptocurrency trading. It is your responsibility to comply with local laws.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Any reason at our sole discretion

You may terminate your account at any time through the Dashboard settings. Upon termination, we will delete your API keys and personal data within 30 days (see Privacy Policy for details).

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or Platform notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
